Julie Williams has painted a utility box located next to the Lyons library with an image of a mountain lion, as part of the Lyons Arts and Humanities outdoor art projects.
Learn about her method of sketching, drawing, designing, and planning of her murals, and choices of colors, spray paints, and love of neon colors (and dinosaurs).
