It seems like the Town staff have told us on a couple of occasions over recent years that “this is the last flood project.” But there are always “qualifications” to the statement… is it the last one funded by FEMA? is it the last one with GOCO funds? is it the last river project?

the public to join in a community groundbreaking of an affordable housing development at the intersection of Carter Drive and McConnell Drive in Lyons. The celebratory groundbreaking will be co-hosted by Summit Housing, the developer, at 10:30 am on Friday, August 5, 2022. Governor Polis, Congressman Neguse and representatives with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) and the Division of Housing are expected to attend.
