NOTICE OF
The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) announces the continuance of accepting applications for the following Rural Development properties:
· One bedroom apartments at Walter Self Senior/Disabled Housing Development, a subsidized housing site. It is located at 335 Railroad Avenue in Lyons, Colorado.
· One bedroom apartments at Prime Haven Senior/Disabled Housing Development, a subsidized housing site. It is located at 170 E. Second Ave. in Nederland, Colorado.
· Three and four bedroom apartments at Casa de la Esperanza Housing for Agriculture workers. It is located at 1520 S. Emery Street, Longmont, Colorado. The community is in Longmont, CO, and is a 32-unit residential site dedicated to housing those who are employed as farm laborers or in the agricultural field. Per Rural Development requirements, families must be employed currently in agriculture or have worked at least 110 days out of the fiscal year in a farm laboring position.
