While the vouchers can be used by any Lyons resident, the reports by riders of long waits for responses from the taxi drivers, and such inconveniences, indicate that it is much easier for a person who owns a car to just use their own car to meet their needs and schedules.
Please contact Town Hall or Lisa Ramsey with questions; or ask the front desk personnel at Town Hall. Stop by and pick up the ticket at the front desk.

This program is administered by the Town of Lyons and jointly funded by Boulder County and the Regional Transportation District (RTD).
FUNDING:
The zTrip voucher program is funded through our RTD tax and Boulder County. It is not grant funded. The RTD tax comes back to Lyons residents through the following programs: Lyons Flyer bus service, zTrip voucher program, and ECO pass funding. — zTrip pays their drivers and then bills Boulder County for reimbursement. BC pays the bill with RTD funding.
COMPLAINTS?
The zTrip voucher program does have its challenges, however, zTrip is the only taxi service the town is able to use as they are ADA compliant and that was a requirement of Boulder County.
To file a complaint or obtain more information regarding RTD’s complaint procedures, visit https://www.rtd-denver.com/reports-and-policies/title-vi-policy, call 303-299-6000; email titlevicomplaints@rtd-denver.com; or visit RTD’s administrative office at 1660 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80202.
