==WILDFIRE AWARENESS DAY==
Our annual Community Wildfire Awareness Day event is coming up quickly. Stop in to the Pinewood Springs fire station on Saturday, May 6 between 9 a.m. and noon to gather information about how to make your home and property safer from wildfire.
===Talk with representatives from the Larimer County Office of Emergency Management, Colorado State Forest Service, Larimer County Emergency Services and your own Pinewood Springs Firefighters. Representatives from our local boards will there as well, including the Pinewood Springs Property Owners Association, the Pinewood Springs Road Advisory Board and the Pinewood Springs Water District. It’s a great time to get all of your questions answered, meet your neighbors and generally have a good time!
After the event, we ask that you head home and do one thing to help you and your property survive a wildfire.

Knowledge of CPR can make all the difference when you live in a rural location where it takes extra time for emergency services to reach you. If you are a resident, contact the PSFP offices to get the date of the next offering. The Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED class consists of an online segment followed by an in-person Skills Practice.
