Lyons residents painted the town green

This year, Nederland’s Frozen Dead Guy festival was moved to Estes Park. It took over the Events Center and every bar/restaurant in town had multiple live bands during the weekend. But it was no competition for Lyons folks who preferred their home town music and beverages!

The bars/restaurants in town had people painting the town GREEN over the St. Patrick’s Day weekend! There were traditional Irish bands playing, green beer pouring, arguments over who had the most green on, drink specials, and dancing. Rooms were packed and the owners and their staff earned their Good Luck for the night.
