We want to send Greetings to Lyons residents, from your Friends at PB66!

Now that the colder temps and lack of daylight are taking a grip on the Town, ALL local businesses are preparing for the annual winter doldrums to come. This time of year is extremely difficult to navigate.

We are also aware that the economic climate right now makes it abundantly difficult to decide where your dollars will be spent.

Not at all asking for your pity, but we do want to implore you to do all that you can to consider the well being of the employees of ALL of Lyons’ fine local businesses, and support them in any way you can.

We can’t speak for everyone, but we have had an extremely difficult past couple of years, particularly with regards to staffing. We have worked tirelessly to hire and develop our people, and are EXTREMELY proud of our current staff! They are a hard working bunch that cares about hospitality, product consistency and mostly about your satisfaction.

We acknowledge that there are numerous wonderful options in town, and only ask that you consider PB66 as one of your go to spots. We truly are looking for the opportunity to EARN your business and loyalty.
