Lyons is packing in a lot of entertainment in just four days! after being trapped inside because of the pandemic and because of a major snow storm — residents enjoyed a snowball fight – an Irish (bagpipe) band – a meditative walk on the Equinox (spring)

Spring Equinox = March 20, this Saturday night into Sunday. Start spring off with hope and joy. The first day of spring is also known as the vernal equinox. Spring and fall begin at an equinox, while summer and winter begin at a solstice. At the equinox, the tilt of the Earth is zero relative to the Sun, and the northern and southern hemispheres receive about equal amounts of the Sun’s rays.
1. Stillwater Healing Arts is opening their nature garden for a meditative walk (& door prizes for all) during normal hours 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday
2. Walk the Lyons Labyrinth, located off Highway 7, near the under-highway bridge over the St. Vrain River.
